A Tribute to the Mills Brothers
Celebrate the music of The Mills Brothers! Members of this influential jazz and pop group of the 1930s-'50s spent much of their childhood in Bellefontaine. The Logan County Youth Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Myles Bowers with guest conductor and arranger Mike Kamuf will premiere Kamuf's Mills Brothers Medley arrangement. Presented by LoCo Art and the Holland, this event also celebrates the Mills Brothers mural created by local students, with artist Duarte Brown as a special guest. Downtown Bellefontaine will be hosting Pineapple-Palooza from 4 to 11, so plan to enjoy food trucks, a zipline, and other entertainment before and after the concert! Parking may be limited closer to showtime.
